When you target other countries, make sure to match the language and currency of that target country to maximize available impressions. If you do not match the currency and language, Google will actively limit your available impressions. Based on testing with clients, you only receive around 10% traffic.
Also, make sure the language and currency in the data feed and website match. And try to avoid using automatic translation services. Instead, hire a professional translator.
