Due to the nature of our services, we operate on a strict no refund policy once the service has been provided. This policy is in place because our services involve significant preparation, scheduling, and resource allocation that cannot be recouped once the service has commenced.
Exceptions:
In the event that FeedArmy Co., Ltd. fails to deliver the service as per the agreed terms without any fault on your part, we may consider a refund or partial refund at our discretion. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to make the final decision.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their service request; however, the following conditions apply:
- If cancellation is made 3 days before the scheduled service time, a full refund will be provided.
- If cancellation occurs within 1 hour of the scheduled service time, no refund will be provided due to the resources already allocated in preparation for the service.
