This eCommerce client sells around 2.3k+ shoes every month. So we wanted to check if we could increase sales by retargeting existing converters.
The goal was to test it out using customer emails collected by the client over the years.
We created a display campaign to get extra sales. However, we only received a handful of sales per month. While profitable, it was not a significant breakthrough.
We now added all converting customers to the list. Within a day our sales increased dramatically. Sales increased by 25% every day since adding all converters.
This showed that fresher data from all converters compared to old customer lists generated better sales.
Adding both customer lists and all converters to the Google Ads Display campaign allowed us to increase sales by 25%.
