How To Exclude Products in FeedArmy

How To Exclude Products in FeedArmy

There are four methods available to exclude products within the FeedArmy application.

Method 1

You can go to Edit Tools > Edit Products, once the editor is loaded you can click on the trash icon to delete the products 1 by 1. These products will also be excluded from future manual or automated imports.

I have also written an article on how to include deleted products back in.

Method 2

You can also exclude products for specific platforms, while keeping them active on others. This is also great if you simply want to keep the product active in the feed, but not for a marketplace.

Simply go to Edit Tools > Edit Products and click on the delete exclude button and check the box next to a marketplace to exclude it from the data feed.

Method 3

You can bulk delete products, by going to Edit Tools > Exclude > Bulk Exclude ID’s

You can bulk copy product id’s from a spreadsheet or manually add all the id’s (1 product id per line)

Click on the exclude button and paste or write all your product id’s in the field. Than simply click on Add Negative ID’s

These will now be deleted from the data feed and from future imports.

Method 4

You can also exclude products using if conditions. For example exclude all products if title contains black.

Edit Tools > Exclude > Exclude Rules

Note :
The exclude list will only list excluded products that have been added manually, or in bulk using ID’s. Products excluded using rules are not listed.
